Any accident is traumatic enough without also having to have your vehicle repaired after the event. One call to us can ease this burden.

No matter what make or model you own, or which insurance company you use, Frosts will have you back on the road as quickly as possible - with the minimum of fuss. Frosts are the Approved Repairer for Direct Line.
 
Simple Steps to get you back on the road:

  • We will immediately provide scene of accident advice, a message relay service, vehicle recovery, help with onward travel, and liase with your insurer.                                                                                                     
  • we are the Approved Repairer for Direct line
  • You will be provided with a replacement vehicle (subject to your insurance terms & conditions).
  • An experienced estimator will examine your vehicle in great detail upon arrival to provide a fair and reasonable quote for the work to be carried out.
  • An in-depth, fully itemised appraisal will be prepared using the latest visual imaging systems.
  • Only then do our highly trained technicians, panel beaters and paint sprayers get to work on your vehicle.
  • Using computerised jigs and welding equipment, we ensure your vehicle is repaired within the highest tolerances.
  • Your vehicle is then given a final check with a courtesy wash and hoover out.

How long will it take to repair?
Due the nature of body repairs most repairs have a minimum duration of 5 days. Any quotation for repair duration is subject to change and will always be parts dependent.

Do I have to pay anything?
If we are repairing your vehicle based on a private estimate, payment will be due on completion.
If we are repairing your vehicle on behalf of your insures we are required by them to collect any excess payment prior to releasing the vehicle to you (you will be advised of any excess payments before and at various stages during the repair) If you are VAT registered you will be liable for the VAT element of the repair.

Do I get a Courtesy Vehicle?
Depending on your contract of  insurance, some companies require us to supply a courtesy vehicle, we will advise you of this, and we will require to see your driving license (original not copies and both parts are required if a photo type license)

We are only obliged to supply small vehicles. If this is not satisfactory please discuss this direct with your insurers.
If we are supplying you with a courtesy vehicle we ask you to drive to us to enable the change over to take place and to complete the necessary paperwork.
If you are not entitled to a courtesy vehicle we can put you on to a local hire Car Company where you will benefit from preferential rates.

Is the work guarantied?
Yes – we guaranty all of our workmanship for 12 months and we are happy to discuss any concerns you may have about your repair be it private or via your insurance.
