Having become a byword for quality in the used car industry, our multi-point check still sets the standard that others follow. Every Network Q vehicle is subjected to a rigorous series of checks, related to the age of the vehicle, with Vauxhall technicians testing everything from engine performance to paint work. And if we do find anything amiss, we\\\'ll make sure it’s put right before allowing a vehicle to carry the Network Q badge.

Network Q Ownership promise....

Essential checks include:

Car identity: the details of your car are checked to ensure they match the manufacturer\\\'s description and the details originally recorded by the DVLA.
Outstanding finance: your car is checked to ensure that it is not subject to any outstanding finance agreement.
Never written off: checks establish that your car has never been subject to a total loss claim i.e. written off by an insurance company following major damage or theft.
Stolen cars: your car is checked to ensure that it is not recorded by the Police as stolen or missing.
Mileage: the vehicle is checked to verify the recorded mileage.
Vauxhall Recall Register: if your Network Q car is a Vauxhall, it is checked against the Vauxhall Recall Register to make sure any necessary work has been correctly carried out.

The Network Q Ownership Promise is in addition to your legal rights and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

30 Day Exchange pledge...

Our 30 day exchange is in addition to your statutory rights. If during the first 30 days of ownership your vehicle develops a mechanical or electrical fault to manufacturer\\\'s original equipment which can not be repaired to a satisfactory standard, you can exchange it for a Network Q vehicle of equal value on display at the Network Q supplying dealer where you bought your vehicle.

Conditions which apply to the 30-day exchange pledge are:
If you choose to exchange your vehicle for one at a higher price you will have to pay the difference.
The supplying dealer must be satisfied that, apart from the faulty component, the vehicle is in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
If needed Network Q will appoint a qualified motor engineer to examine the vehicle to confirm whether it qualifies for an exchange under the terms of the 30 day exchange pledge. The exchange must be completed within 30 days of you taking delivery of the vehicle and within 1,000 miles of the delivery mileage.
