All used cars and vans from Frosts Cars come with a minimum six-month warranty, unless the vehicle is still covered by its manufacturer warranty for longer. We also don't charge admin fees, so the price you see is the price you pay. No problem. If your car is worth more than the vehicle you're purchasing, and there's no outstanding finance, we will pay you the difference. This would be paid directly to you when we handover your used vehicle and take ownership of your part exchange.

If you have outstanding finance on your vehicle you can still use our online purchase system. You will be presented with the option to add these details in. You will require a written settlement figure from the last 7 days from your current car finance provider. Once you have this, keep it safe as we will require a copy of it.

Yes you can, as long as you are the legal registered owner of the vehicle we will accept it no matter what make, model, age or condition (as long as it's legally roadworthy)

​Yes you can! On our website you can obtain a valuation for your current car by entering the registration number. The value of the vehicle will be displayed and you can use this with our online car purchase system.  Speak to our friendly Sales Consultants if you would like to discuss your part exchange prior to purchasing your next used car online. Our finance provider is Santander Consumer (UK). Whilst we work with a number of carefully selected lenders, your online finance application will be submitted to Santander Consumer (UK).

We offer a finance product called Conditional Sale and our fixed rate is 9.9% Representative APR.  With Conditional Sale, you can decide the deposit or monthly payment and the term. You will be able to select how and when you would like your vehicle handover.   One of the options we offer is collection from your local Frosts dealership. This gives you the chance to meet your dedicated Sales Consultant and experience the handover process at one of our dealerships. ​

In short, yes you can! Our online vehicle purchase system allows you to configure your finance options and complete the application process online. If your finance application is accepted, you can complete the purchase. If our finance provider requires more details to continue the application, one of our friendly Sales Consultants will contact you directly.​

We work with a specialist online payment provider who will securely collect your payment. Once you have made online payment, you will receive email confirmation and a call from our dedicated Sales Consultants. We do not store your debit/credit card details.

The technician will report on the condition of your brakes. If any component needs replacing, our friendly Service Advisors will provide you with a no-obligation quotation to carry out the repair. We will never replace parts without your authorisation.

We often purchase vehicles with outstanding finance agreements. Although we cannot deal directly with your finance company to obtain a settlement figure, we are more than happy to help you as much as we can. Any settlement figure you provide us must be within the last 7 days.

With any vehicle purchase, we require the following documents and items: Registration certificate (V5C) in the name of the current keeper Current MOT certificate (if applicable) Service History - the service book and invoices Repair receipts - if you've had any work carried out on your vehicle, please provide the receipts Two keys Any extras - for example, sat nav SD cards and locking wheel nut keys

In short, yes you can! Once we have agreed a value, you can use your car as a part exchange towards one from our used car stock. You can either use it as a cash payment towards your next car, or as a deposit for finance agreement.

In all instances we request to view your vehicle at your local Frosts dealership in either Chichester or Shoreham-by-Sea. This allows us to fully appraise the vehicle and road test it. In some cases, we may actually find the vehicle is worth a bit more after this.

Yes. If you find a used car you like, you can reserve it online with a refundable £100 deposit, subject to the vehicle still being available.
