The warranty we provide

When you purchase a used car or used van from Frosts, you can rest assured that it will be protected with a comprehensive warranty.

Remainder of manufacturers warranty

If you purchase a used vehicle that's still covered by the remainder of the manufacturer warranty, then it will remain with you as the new owner. If the manufacturers warranty is less than 6 months, we will top it up to a full 6 months cover.

Minimum 6 month warranty

For any vehicle not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will provide a 6 month warranty. No matter what make or model, you will have a full 6 months. 

What's included with a Frosts 6 months warranty?

To put it simply, all mechanical and electrical components are included against mechanical breakdown during the warranty period. Breakdown of a listed part due to wear and tear for vehicles up to six years or 60,000 miles at the time of claim is also included.

• Engine
• Steering
• Clutch
• Brakes,
• Suspension
• Multimedia systems
• Fuel system
• Electrical system.

Frosts Used Vehicle warranties are provided and administered by AutoProtect Administration Limited.

Increasing your Frosts warranty

For greater peace of mind, we offer all our customers the option to upgrade their Frosts 6 months warranty with the following options:

• to 12 months cover £199
• to 24 months cover £499
• to 36 months cover £899
