When you purchase a used vehicle from us remotely, we can now proudly offer you a free local home delivery service (within 50 miles of our dealership postcodes). Following the latest government guidelines and social distancing measures, our dedicated Sales specialists are here to assist you every step of the way. Our team will provide full details, but here's a quick guide.

How does it work?

Our sales team will work with you remotely to purchase the vehicle, either outright or with finance, on the phone or via our website. When you're ready for delivery, your dedicated specialist will arrange a specific day and 1 hour time slot to suit you.

When we arrive at your home

The vehicle you have purchased will be delivered to the agreed address by your Sales specialist. Once we have arrived, we will knock on your door, step back and remain at least 2 metres distance at all times. All the paperwork from the sale will either be in the vehicle or left safely by your front door. 

Your used vehicle

Prior to leaving our site, your vehicle will be professionally valeted. At your house, just before we hand over, your vehicle and the keys will have been cleaned thoroughly with anti-bacterial products. Our specialist will point out the basic features and detail the sales paperwork at a distance. We will be happy to video call you at anytime to detail any other features of the car and we're always available to contact if you have any questions in the future.

PPE and Social Distancing

Remaining at a 2 metre distance at all times, our colleagues will be wearing PPE, including gloves and a face mask / covering. Although the handover is likely to happen outdoors, we kindly ask that you also wear a face mask / covering (unless you are exempt) and also observe social distancing guidelines.

Your Part Exchange

If you're part exchanging a vehicle please ensure it's parked close by to your house. Our colleagues will ask for the vehicle keys. Any documentation for the vehicle (service books etc) should be left on the passenger seat. You're welcome to be with us whilst we're viewing your part exchange, but please remain outside the vehicle and at least two metres distance.

We understand that purchasing a used vehicle remotely can be daunting for some. That's why, when you purchase a used vehicle from us remotely and have it delivered to your door, you have 14 days to return the vehicle to us*. No quibble.

* 14 day return terms and conditions: You have 14 days to get to know your new vehicle and to make sure that it suits you. If you change your mind just let us know in writing by post to 69-75 Brighton Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, BN436RT or in email to sales@frosts4cars.co.uk. This needs to reach us by 18:00 on the 14th day following delivery and we will accept a return of the vehicle for a refund. We cannot accept a return of the vehicle if it has been damaged, modified or altered from the condition it was delivered in. An excess mileage change of £1.00 per mile for any mileage over 100 miles in those 14 days will apply. If you do change your min you cannot use the vehicle once you have notified us - but you must still tax and insure the vehicle until it is returned and checked by us. A successful refund will be made within 5 working days. This cancellation (change of mind) clause does not affect any separate right given to you in The Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).
