How secure is the online purchase process?

How easy is it to buy a car online?

One of the options we offer is delivery. There is a charge for this depending on where you live and is only available for mainland UK addresses:

0-30 miles: FREE

30-150 miles: £150.00

We will only deliver the vehicle purchased to the person named and to the address on the order documentation.


Can I purchase a used vehicle online with finance?


In short, yes you can!

Our online vehicle purchase system allows you to configure your finance options and complete the application process online. If your finance application is accepted, you can complete the purchase. If our finance provider requires more details to continue the application, one of our friendly Sales Consultants will contact you directly.​

What finance products do you offer?


We offer a finance product called Conditional Sale and our fixed rate is 9.9% Representative APR.

Which finance provider do you use?


Our finance provider is Santander Consumer (UK). Whilst we work with a number of carefully selected lenders, your online finance application will be submitted to Santander Consumer (UK).

I have some questions about car finance. Who shall I contact?


If you have any questions about used car finance you can contact our dedicated Sales Consultants at your local Frosts dealership. Each has been SAF tested and approved to be able to provide you assistance with your finance requirements.

Part Exchange

Can I part exchange my current vehicle if I purchase online?


​Yes you can! On our website you can obtain a valuation for your current car by entering the registration number. The value of the vehicle will be displayed and you can use this with our online car purchase system.

I have outstanding finance on my part exchange vehicle? What shall I do?


If you have outstanding finance on your vehicle you can still use our online purchase system. You will be presented with the option to add these details in. You will require a written settlement figure from the last 7 days from your current car finance provider. Once you have this, keep it safe as we will require a copy of it.

Can I part exchange any vehicle?


Yes you can, as long as you are the legal registered owner of the vehicle we will accept it no matter what make, model, age or condition (as long as it's legally roadworthy)

My part exchange is worth more than the car I want to purchase. What happens now?


No problem. If your car is worth more than the vehicle you're purchasing, and there's no outstanding finance, we will pay you the difference. This would be paid directly to you when we handover your used vehicle and take ownership of your part exchange.
