Will you need to see my vehicle before purchasing it?

In all instances we request to view your vehicle at your local Frosts dealership in either Chichester or Shoreham-by-Sea. This allows us to fully appraise the vehicle and road test it. In some cases, we may actually find the vehicle is worth a bit more after this.

Can I used my car towards the purchase of a used car?

In short, yes you can! Once we have agreed a value, you can use your car as a part exchange towards one from our used car stock. You can either use it as a cash payment towards your next car, or as a deposit for finance agreement.

I still have outstanding finance on my car. Will you still purchase it?

We often purchase vehicles with outstanding finance agreements. Although we cannot deal directly with your finance company to obtain a settlement figure, we are more than happy to help you as much as we can. Any settlement figure you provide us must be within the last 7 days.

What do you need when I sell my car to Frosts?

With any vehicle purchase, we require the following documents and items:

- Registration certificate (V5C) in the name of the current keeper

- Current MOT certificate (if applicable)

- Service History - the service book and invoices

- Repair receipts - if you've had any work carried out on your vehicle, please provide the receipts

- Two keys

- Any extras - for example, sat nav SD cards and locking wheel nut keys

Will you buy my car even if I don't purchase my next vehicle from Frosts?

Yes we will. We're always looking to purchase vehicles and will purchase your car even if you're not looking to buy a used one from us.

Will you guarantee to buy my car for the online valuation?
