Frosts Shoreham-by-Sea supports Shoreham Fire Station Open Day

Here at Frosts we love to support local events and good causes, and who better to support than our showroom neighbours - Shoreham Fire Station.

Saturday 17th August 2024 saw Shoreham Fire Station open theirs doors for their annual Open Day and we were happy to get involved and support with their fundraising efforts.

Raising money for The Fire Fighters Charity, visitors are given the opportunity to tour the fire station, get up close with the fire engines and enjoy interactive displays from the fire fighters themselves throughout the day.

To help with the fundraising, we were happy to once again offer visitors the chance to win a Nintendo Switch. For a donation of just £2 to the charity, participants had to guess how many footballs were in our Nissan Navara pickup - one of the used vans from our stock. The lucky winner was Alana Smith, pictured, who was drawn randomly with the closest guess of the day.

What's more, our Shoreham-by-Sea Service Centre also supported the event with an interactive car safety display. Our expert technicians were on hand to answer any car safety related questions from visitors, as well as displaying important car parts before and after use. The team received an excellent response and enjoyed speaking to people throughout the day.
