Terms and Conditions

You have 14 days to get to know your vehicle and to make sure it suits you. If you change your mind just let us know in writing by post to 69-75 Brighton Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex, BN436RE or via email to sales@frosts4cars.co.uk and to reach us by 18:00 on the 14th day following delivery and we will accept a return of the vehicle for a refund. We cannot accept a return of the vehicle if it has exceeded 100 miles from collection / delivery, has been damaged, modified or altered from the condition it was delivered in. If you do change your mind you cannot use the vehicle once you have notified us - but you must still tax and insure the vehicle until it is returned and checked by us. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the vehicle to us at either Frosts Chichester (PO198TH) or Frosts Shoreham-by-Sea (BN43 6RE) within 2 working days of cancellation. The road fund licence fee paid by the customer will not be refunded. If a part exchange was used in the transaction it will not be returned to the customer. A successful refund will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the vehicle returned. Used car retail customers only. Not available on van purchases / business users. The cancellation (change of mind) clause does not affect any separate rights given to you in The Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).
