Frosts Cars WIN UK Independent Dealer Customer Care Award

It is with great excitement to announce we have WON at the MotorTrader Independent Awards 2023 in the category - UK Independent Dealer Customer Care Award 100+ vehicles.

Taking place at the Eastside Rooms in Birmingham with Richard Blackwood as host for the evening, Frosts Cars won the customer care award against strong competition in the industry.

Toby Frost, Managing Director at Frosts Cars said: "Winning this award is the deserved recognition for the hard work and commitment our team provide to their customers. Whether through JudgeService customer surveys, Google reviews or customer handover photos, the award represents the importance of the high level of care given to our customers".

One of the most recognised awards ceremonies in the independent automotive industry, the MotorTrader Independent Dealer Awards celebrated their 5th anniversary.

Also on the night, we were awarded 'Highly Commended' in the Website of the Year 100+ vehicles category.
