When you purchase a vehicle from us remotely, we can offer you a Contactless Click & Collect service from our dealerships in Chichester (PO19 8TH) or Shoreham-by-Sea (BN43 6RT). Our team will provide full details, but here's a quick guide.
Our sales team will work with you remotely to purchase the vehicle, either outright or with finance, on the phone or via our website. When you're ready for collection, your dedicated specialist will arrange a specific day and 1 hour time slot to suit you. You may be asked to bring specific documents for the transaction.
Please visit our dedicated Click & Collect area at the front of the showroom. The areas have our Contactless Click & Collect signage. You will see the vehicle you have purchased in front of this area waiting for you. Here you will find your dedicated specialist who will detail all the documentation and features of your new vehicle.
Prior to your arrival, your vehicle and the keys will have been cleaned thoroughly with anti-bacterial products. You will be the first person to open the vehicle since cleaning. Our specialist will point out the basic features at a distance and will be happy to video call you once you're home to detail any other features of the car.
Whilst the easing of restrictions on Monday 19th July 2021 means that some safety measures will no longer be a legal requirement, at Frosts Cars we remain committed to the health and safety of our customers and colleagues. That's why, in line with government advice to act carefully, we will continue with some safety measures throughout our dealerships.
If you're part exchanging a vehicle please park it in the car park and hand the keys over to our dedicated specialist. They will then inspect your vehicle. You're welcome to be with us whilst we're viewing your vehicle, but please remain outside the vehicle and at least two metres distance.
