All of our colleagues have been advised to wash their hands regularly after completing daily tasks and when entering or leaving the premises.
When sneezing or coughing, please do so into a tissue and dispose of it immediately. If you do not have a tissue, please sneeze or cough into your elbow / sleeve. Wash your hands immediately after.
We will use disinfecting wipes and disposable gloves. If you see us wipe your car keys, main touch points in your car (before or after our use), business equipment and surfaces, please don't be offended.
We have asked our colleagues to avoid contact with each other and visitors, including handshakes. We will be more than happy to welcome you with a smile and elbow bump!
We've created some handy information posters and our teams have displayed them across our site. We've also got copies at each sales desk and in all our customer waiting areas.
On a daily basis we are closely monitoring, following and acting on any advice from the Government and Public Health England.
