Covid-19 Sales Department Customer Guidance


On Monday 1st June 2020 our Sales departments in Chichester and Shoreham-by-Sea will re-open and welcome our customers after a period of temporarily closure. More now than ever, the health, safety and well-being of our colleagues and customers is of upmost importance to us, so we've implemented some safety measures at our dealerships:

Contactless Click & Collect

When you purchase a vehicle from us remotely you can now collect it safely from our dealerships using our Contactless Click & Collect option. You can reserve a used car online, or our Sales team can work with you remotely. When you're ready for collection, we will arrange a fixed 1 hour time slot and welcome you to our dedicated Click & Collect area. Read more details here.

Solo Test Drive

We understand that you will want to have a test drive on your own, that's why we're offering our customers the option to complete a test drive on their own. If you would like a Solo Test Drive from either of our dealerships, please contact us today to discuss the ID we require.

Social distancing

Only two customers are allowed to enter our showrooms at any one time. In line with Government advice, we kindly ask you to keep two metres apart from other visitors and colleagues and follow our social distancing floor marking and posters. If there are more than two people in the showroom, we kindly ask that you queue outside until safe to enter.

No contact​

We're looking forward to you visiting us, but we wont be offering handshakes like we usually would. We will however greet you with a friendly smile and "hello" and help you in any way we can.​

Hygiene station

Upon entry to our showrooms, please clean your hands with the anti-bacterial gel provided. If you're bringing a part exchange for us to look at, please also wipe down your keys with the anti-bacterial wipes provided, including key rings. Please feel free to use the hand gel on exiting the building.

Protective screens

Much like the other retailers, you will find our sales consultants behind protective screens. We will be happy to help you and discuss your requirements from behind these screens. If we need to unlock a vehicle for you, we will ensure we keep a 2 metre distance.

Waiting areas

In the interest of public health and customer safety, we're closing our waiting areas and refreshment facilities. If you need to take a seat, please speak to a member of our sales team who will be happy to help you.

Personal Protective Equipment

Our Sales Consultants will be wearing PPE when they're assisting you in our showrooms. This will include face masks and gloves. You will also find them using anti-bacterial hand gel during your visit. If we need to drive your vehicle, we will ensure key areas are covered, including the steering wheel, gear stick and drivers seat.

Key vehicle touchpoints

When you purchase a used car or used van from us, you can rest assured that it will have been cleaned thoroughly prior to your collection. To give you the extra piece of mind, you will also find a sticker on the door "This vehicle has been sanitised". This will re-assure you that no one has been in the vehicle between it being cleaned and you collecting it.
