Our sales team will contact you to confirm a date and time for your solo test drive. Before your visit, we will require a copy of your photo ID and utility bill (in the same address).
We are required to check your driving licence details. We can help you do this when you visit us, but it can be completed before your visit. Please visit www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence and complete the short form. You will be presented with a unique code. Once you have this please send it to us. You will need your National Insurance number for this.
Please bring your photo ID with you. When you arrive at our site, the vehicle and the keys will have been cleaned thoroughly with anti-bacterial products and ready for you to test drive. Your solo test drive will last for 30 minutes.
If you're part exchanging a vehicle please park it in the car park and hand the keys over to our dedicated specialist. Whilst they are on your solo test drive, they will then inspect your vehicle ready for when you return. You're welcome to be with us whilst we're viewing your vehicle, but please remain outside the vehicle and keep a safe distance.
We've set out guidelines to ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers. Our team members will wear PPE, including gloves and face protection, and will always keep a safe distance at all times. Whilst the easing of restrictions on Monday 19th July 2021 means that some safety measures will no longer be a legal requirement, we kindly ask that you keep a safe distance.
Due to insurance guidelines, there are some restrictions to our solo test drives. We are unfortunately unable to offer you a solo test drive if any of the following apply: - you have more than 6 points on your driving licence, you are under 21 years of age, you have held a driving licence for less than 24 months or you currently have a provisional driving licence.
